How to disable the tracking
To disable tracking for a Shopify app in customer events, you will need to follow these steps:
- Log in to your Shopify account and navigate to the app you want to disable tracking.
- Click on the "Settings" button for that app.
- Then, tap “Customer Events”.
- Select the pixel you wish to delete/disconnect from your store by clicking the 3 dots on the right-hand side.
- Save your changes and exit the app settings.
